Solid Start
The stress that comes with the transition from active duty can be overwhelming for any service members, but younger veterans can often face additional challenges. The VA has established the Solid Start program that helps support every service member transitioning from service. Newly separated service members can expect three calls from qualified Solid Start representatives over the first year of separation.
